This page explains how to join your one-to-one interview with CECCS, complete the skills test, and follow our on-call protocols. Please read carefully before you begin.

Screen-Sharing Requirement

• You must share your entire screen from the moment the test begins until the session ends.

  • Zoom: Share Screen → Desktop/Entire Screen (not just a single window).

• Keep Zoom visible and do not pause or stop sharing during the exercise.

• Disable on-screen notifications if they may reveal personal information.

• We may record the session for assessment and quality assurance. By joining, you acknowledge and consent to this recording.

Acceptable Use of AI Tools

We allow the use of AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT/Copilot) during the test and discussion, subject to the following conditions:

• Transparency: State when you use an AI tool and, where practical, include a brief note or comment explaining how it informed your work (e.g., prompt summary, snippet).

• Attribution: Cite external sources or code patterns you rely on.

• Confidentiality: Do not input sensitive or proprietary data into AI tools.

• Originality: No assistance from other people; all work should be your own.

• Accountability: You are responsible for verifying the correctness and suitability of all outputs.
