At the event, Mr. Dao Manh Tri, Director of CECCS, delivered remarks in his capacity as Lead Author of two UNDP publications: the 2023 report, Future in the Making: Integrating Youth Perspectives in Viet Nam’s Just Energy Transition, and the 2026 Roadmap on Youth Engagement in Viet Nam’s Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC).

The panel also features Dr. Michael Davidson, director at the Power Transformation Lab and Dr. and two senior scientists from the US Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LNBL).
